Jazz began her media career as a music journalist, touring with the likes of Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Nirvana and The Mission! She then enjoyed a 15 year career as a successful feature writer with national newspapers and magazines, including The Mirror, Elle Magazine, The Sun, Vogue, The Mail On Sunday’s ‘You’ Magazine, The Face and The Independent.
She moved into TV production in 2003 and founded Transparent Television in 2006. Jazz is the Managing Director and Creative Director, and is also Executive Producer of all Transparent productions, highlights of which include: C4 documentary Queer As Old Folk (2006), BBC2’s format Restoration Roadshow (2009), C4’s My Daughter Amy (2010), C5’s Botched Up Bodies – series six TX’ed in January 2016 as a celebrity version – BBC3’s documentary The Boy Who Wants His Leg Cut Off (2015), C4’s A Very British Brothel (2015) and ITV2’s MOBO: Paving The Way (2015).
In 2013 TTV joined the Argonon group (Leopard Films, Leopard USA, Leopard Drama, Remedy Productions, BriteSparkfilms and Windfall Films)
