Simon who has recently left the beeb as their talent manager set up ‘Vision’ the BBC intake pool which won the Creative Diversity network award for “best diversity initiative ” for substantially changing the diversity of the bbc staff base. He also ran the BBC Production Trainee scheme and the BBC Production Talent Pool and believes that talent comes in all forms and difference is good. With over ten years experience working in TV– He’ll be right at home with us then!
