Ofcom is currently consulting on how they should be regulating the BBC’s delivery of its mission and public purposes as set out in the new Charter and Agreement.

This is your opportunity to tell Ofcom how you think they should be holding the BBC to account.

Full details of the consultation can be found here and is open until 17th July, during this period Ofcom are keen to actively engage with as many people as possible who will be affected by these changes.

How should Ofcom hold the BBC to account especially when it comes to diversity? The TV Collective will be contributing to this process by submitting our suggestions.

We will also be involved in a partnership event on the 18th July at Parliament giving details of proposals that various diversity stakeholders have put forward (more details coming soon). If you are interested in submitting your suggestions to Ofcom or in attending this event please contact me before the 10th July.
