ITV Studios have an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to work with and assist our Senior Resourcing Manager and HR to identify, engage and secure the best available editorial and production talent and provide a first rate administrative support function throughout the whole recruitment and hiring process.

You will support with holding a pipeline of the best editorial and production candidates, tracking availability so that productions can be resourced efficiently, appropriately and in a timely manner. You’ll be accustomed to a fast pace & flexible environment and be an absolute maestro when it comes to booking in interviews over the phone, liaising with our Hiring Managers and sending them diary confirmations and schedules, answering queries, meeting and greeting candidates.

You’ll be the face of the team, our first point of call and the glue that holds us together.

Your role will include telephone interviewing candidates, posting adverts, diary management for interviews, supporting with Assessment Centres, printing interview packs, and compliance checks.

You must have an understanding of the legalities of recruitment and compliance, and the ability to work in a very fast paced ever changing environment. 

You will have exceptional organisational and administrative skills and the ability to drive a best practice and legally compliant approach to recruitment and hiring in a fast turnaround and fluid production environment.

Experience of working in a Television Production environment isn’t essential, an administration background based in either an In-house Recruitment team, Recruitment agency or HR team is highly beneficial.
