The BBC CRBA (Commercial, Rights and Business Affairs) Summer Diversity Internship Scheme (SDIS) gives people from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to see what a career at the BBC is like. If successful, you’ll spend six weeks working in a CRBA team, gaining insights into the deal-making and business support that underpins the BBC’s output.

The scheme will run from 20th June to 29th July 2022.

Working in CRBA involves working some time in BBC buildings and some time working remotely or at home. Your work pattern will depend on your own personal circumstances, which we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in one of a variety of CRBA teams including Television; Radio; Children’s; Sport; Nations & Regions; News; and Digital. The BBC will do their best to allocate you to a team that fits your skills and interests.

They’ll provide high quality on-the-job training, give you real work to undertake, and support you with a dedicated placement manager and a senior mentor.

You’ll be paid the national living wage (£332.50 per week for a 35-hour week, for the six weeks of the scheme).

You can find more details in the SDIS job description provided.
