60Forty and Idiotlamp prepping S2 of Idris Elba-fronted thriller
Apple TV+ is returning to Idris Elba’s hit series about a passenger on board a hijacked plane heading to London.
Elba starred in and exec produced the first series of Hijack, written by Lupin and Criminal creator George Kay.
Hakan Kousetta and Jamie Laurenson’s 60Forty Films, and Kay and Jim Field Smith’s Idiotlamp Productions will again produce.
Laurenson, Kousetta and Tom Nash will exec produce S2 for 60Forty Films, alongside Kay, Field Smith and Elba. Field Smith also serves as lead director.
